How To Schedule

Option 1: Online Scheduling

At this time, please note that we do not offer teledermatology appointments and that all appointments are in our office in Richardson. Our online scheduling option provides a convenient way to request an appointment.

We highly recommend that you reference our list of in-network insurance plans prior to scheduling your appointment online.

In order to schedule online, you will need:

  • Insurance cards (unless you are booking a self-pay or cosmetic appointment)

  • Access to your email (you will receive a verification code to enter for security during the scheduling process)

  • HMO insurance plans: Call your primary care office to request that they fax an authorization/referral to our practice

Additional instructions:

  • Appointment Types: Skin cancer screenings, acne, rashes, and hair loss require detailed, focused evaluations. A dedicated visit is required to thoroughly address these complaints. For example, if you have concerns about both hair loss and a skin cancer screening, please book an appointment for your primary concern and a follow-up visit will be booked for your secondary concern when you are in-office.

  • Date of Birth: Select the small triangle next to the month and year to select the date.

  • Insurance: If you cannot find your insurance in the pre-populated list, click the blue “ENTER AS TEXT” option.

  • Appointment Note: Please use this section to provide secondary insurance information, should this apply to you.

  • Email Verification Code: This code must be entered to complete the scheduling process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your appointment request, but your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a second confirmation email from our office. If you do not receive this email within three business days, please call our office at 214-833-5300 to confirm your appointment.
